You came to us with the promise of management and while we applaud your efforts to rebuild the front office, acquisition strategy and coaching staff, we simply cannot stand idly by knowing that we have a premier NFL coach without a headset. The misfortunes of Cleveland are well known and are wounds that go deep, making this that much more important than some mere spectator dream; we need you, sincerely. I am certain that we all agree every change takes time to bear fruit but we must petition you today because you are the best chance this team, this city, this people of the North Coast has to become as great as we once were. We need you to take the reins, perhaps Shurmur can help as OC, but as head coach you called your own plays and led your 2 teams to the Super Bowl!
