The EasternMass Board has always consists of an all white male dominated panel for years. There is no representation on the
board that reflects diversity. The outright basis and disrespect is a disservice to the youth in the Pop Warner football & cheer program in the communities of color!

Billerica has the worst field in all of EMass. Just because board members are from Billerica doesn’t mean we should have to play there for everything.

Player and Visitors Safety should be Eastern Mass priorities. These fields and seating have proven to be unsafe year after year especially during inclement weather which is almost always expected in playoffs. How is it fair for Billerica to continue to reap the financial benefits of concessions yet do not use any money to reinvest in the field and seating? These kids deserve to be playing on a safe and neutral site, or at least a safe location. Other towns should be given opportunities. There are beautiful and much safer and better equipped stadiums for these kids to play and paying visitors can sit safely.

Plenty of Turf venues up and down the North Shore as alternative neutral sites that make much more sense

There are so many fields in much better condition. Besides, playoffs should be played on the best field possible. Why not give other locations a chance to host. Give Billerica time to renovate. They have benefited from many years of concessions, maybe now they can improve their field. It is a hazzard.
