We the friends, family members as well as concerned parents are requesting that the Board of Education reinstate Kemp Carr as the head coach of the Penns Grove Football team as well as the Penns Grove boys basketball coach. Coach Carr is concerned with our community our children and their education. He has brought about a change in our community as well as our youths. The recent firing as the head coach of the team was undue and most certainly indicative of the board over stepping their boundaries on so many levels. Attached you will find those that are in support of his reinstatement immediately. We will not rest until the injustice that has been brought forth has been overturned.
