I can't imagine McNary Lax without Coach Bowlby. They will never find anyone more dedicated and passionate who is willing to donate so much of his own time and money. I work with a lot of kids who have been coached by Ryan and I have heard nothing but praise from both the kids and their parents. When I think of lacrosse in Salem, I think of the Bowlbys. They have had a very positive influence on the lives of many or our youth.

Thank you so much for your dedication and enthusiasm to the sport of Lacrosse. Porter has learned so much from you over the years and his favorite practices are when you are there! We really have looked forward to him playing for you in HS

The Bowlby's have poured so much of themselves into Keizer's youth and lacrosse program. Their love and enthusiasm for Lacrosse has been instrumental in the development of future McNary Lacrosse players. Bring Coach Bowlby back to McNary!!

Bowlby you are the heart and soul of the lacrosse community here and always have been. The players love you and you have tremendously helped me grow and i don't want to play a season in High School without you coaching me. I started my High School lacrosse career with you and i don't want it to end without you. Parents and kids can be jerks and i know you can be stressed and overwhelmed, but don't stoop down to their level coach. We need you

We have twins, they are now in the 7th grade and this is their 5th year in Lacrosse. Coach Bowlby has been a key factor in their reason to continue to play this amazing sport. Ryan isn't just a coach, he is a teacher. He does what not many coaches of today do. He teaches the fundamentals . . . and the importance of them. Losing this quality person, coach, mentor and father, especially for the wrong reasons would be a shame. Let's right this ship. Dan and Becky Proulx

My son doesn't play lacrosse but we have had the pleasure of being on other sports teams with Ryan and if my son did play I would want Ryan as his coach. A great guy, coach and father.

Thank you Coach Vaughn for leading the charge in supporting the Bowlby's. The Bowlby's have done so much for many kiddos and the sport of lacrosse. Keizer and McNary Lacrosse Club would experience a huge loss if we loose their involvement.

We need to keep the Bowlby's! They have not only taught our kids to respect the game but every player and themselves. Lacrosse is a game that my son has come to love in no small part to the Bowlby's hard work and compassion.

The Bowlby's have touched so many. My son played 4 years and my daughter 2. I would like to vote once for every year our family has been involved with coach Ryan. That's 6 votes program newbies! We love the Bowlby's and hope they will stay. We are grateful for your tireless dedication coach Ryan. We stand with you!

Competitive sports are NOT about equal play for all....but looking at what is best for the WHOLE team to be successful. Lets keep a leader who knows what he is doing and wife who stands by his side and works at it just as hard as he does. Don't let an ego issue make us loose an excellent coach.

Even though Coach bowlbey isn't my go to coach he's still my coach. I wouldn't have started this game with out his help in getting more girls out first year he started this program and one comment from a parent out of their place would be a terrible reason for him to leave we love bowlbey so much please stay!

Ryan and Christine have been the rock that kept my boy going. He doesn't like it when things get "tough", but he loved the sport. Ryan & Christine were his only consistency while he tried to persevere on. My son may not have been the best player on the team, but coach (and Christine) were always there with kind words and a pat on the back. THANK YOU!
