Lawrenceville basketball history presents itself and to date still represents itself proudly! Were we so spoiled by Coach Feelings successes that some of us have missed the true accomplishments? The countless number of hours that he spent representing the community and number of lives he touched while both on and off the court merrit permanent recognition in Lawrenceville!! I moved to Bloomington, IL area 28 years ago, and quickly learned that when I identified myself as from Lawrenceville, that equaled "Coach Felling and his basketball legacy!!

There is absolutely no reason for our gym to NOT be named after the coach who put us on the map. Was he a perfect man? No. Neither am I. Are you?
