Mason has been a great trainer since day 1, anytime you needed a push, he was there. If you are feeling down or need a boost Mason is there. F45 in Downtown Anaheim the community it is because of Mason. It’s sad to see such a great coach, with so much passion go.

Coach Mason is an integral part of the F45 family. The energy and passion he brings to each class is unparalleled. He has safely pushed me to become stronger and challenge myself both physically and mentally.

IMO, F45 won’t be the same without Mason. His knowledge of fitness & training and passion for what he does are unmatched.
