I started at F45 when it first opened its doors. Coach mason welcomed me and truly pushed me to be better not only did I apply that to my morning workouts but also to my every day routine. He help me be best version of myself .I never knew I could accomplished everything I did in those months that I trained with him. All it took was his words of encouragement in between sets when I felt like I couldn’t keep going. He is an amazing coach. All his hard work and long hours should not go unnoticed.

I'm very disappointed to hear about Mason not being part of F45 anymore. With so many gyms available in the area, the only way one can differentiate itself, is by having great trainers and not losing them. Mason is an amazing trainer and I hope this situation is temporary.

This guy has the deepest and truest intentions in life and has spread that across this nation from Illinois to Florida to Vegas to Cali. What a truly sad thing this has come to. An absolute hero without a cape! Love this guy to death and hope to see changes in this situation!!

From coaching every class since day one to bringing together a community, F45 Downtown Anaheim is not the same with out him. He is knowledgeable, driven, supportive and over all great to be around. Mason is the heart of f45downtown Anaheim, since the beginning hes been there everyday 515 motivating us to out fullest potential, hes built this community. This is were he belongs! Bring him back ! F45 will not be the same without him there, he has acquired special skills throughout his life and he has shared it with us all, his words are so motivating, his presence is needed. Please bring him back.

Ive trained at several f45s around the world. Mason is without doubt one of the most positive, engaged, inspiring, and most importantly, knowledgeable trainers Ive experienced. It would be very sad to see him go.
