It would be most fitting to have a life- size statue of Coach Roy Garcia in front of the Neuhaus gym in Mission, Texas. The Garcia family would be most proud and honored to have this done for him.

Roy Garcia is one of the Best Basketball Coaches I ever met! He is well respected man through out the valley and state of Texas. I know for fact that he is a Great Mentor to a lot of coaches. Because I’m one of those coaches. I gave him a nickname that fit him just right, “The Legend” and the rest is History!! Roy is well deserving of this Great Honor that is long over due.
