There has been muchdiscordbetween the Vistas Board Members to the point that three Board Members participated in aunsuccessful recall effort of the other two Board Members.The Board Members need to express to the community what the issues are and why they want to recall two Board Members.The Co-owners deserve to know the truth.The Board isnot functioning as an cohesive entity and it is affecting co-owners services.
