I've been training as a figure skater since I was three years old. This skating rink is a huge part of my life, and the community. Closing the rink would be a huge mistake becuase it is not only a fun place to go and hang out, but it is a training facility, and unlike all of the gyms on every corner, a rare one that is a pretty cool aspect of the city of sugar land. Not to mention the Nutcracker on Ice show that is amazing to watch, and truly magical to be a part of! SAVE SLICE!!!

It would be very sad if we lost our ice skating rink. My family goes there frequently.

Please do what you can to keep this rink open. Losing this rink would be a huge detriment to youth hockey and figure skating in Houston.
This rink is a great contribution to the activities of Sugar Land. It should be kept open.
