My niece participates in the Might Might's hockey league and my brother-in-law skates as part of the adult hockey league. It seems a shame when a company can walk away from a facility that appears to be a money making facility that has programs for all ages going on all the time.
I am sure that the city of Sugarland can come up with a solution so the the people that are benefiting from the rink can still skate.

My boss skates there as part of a hockey team. It's one of his only outlets for physical tension! PLEASE don't make my boss take out his tension on his team. Keep the rink!

My daughter and so many like her look forward to their ice time every week. Watching the staff at this rink work with my daughter has been wonderful. She has become a stong ice hockey player and should not have to stop now because the owners of the rink are slum lords. Please save the rink!!

Please re open Sugar Land ice center. Both of my kids play hockey there. There they have learned the meaning of what is like to be a team and the coaches are amazing and great role models for the kids.

My son started skating when he was 3 as soon as we moved to Sugar Land. Now he plays hockey there. It was heart broken to hear SLICE was closed last week. SLICE is a part of Sugar Land and it was one of the main reasons we moved to Sugar Land. Please help to save it.
