Satoru Iwata Nintendo, Director ejecutivo Reggie Fils-Aime Presidente y COO de Nintendo of America Por medio de la presente, me dirijo a ustedes en voz de la gran cantidad de usuarios y fans de Nintendo en México, los cuales nos hemos visto limitados en obtener los beneficios del Club Nintendo en nuestro país (así como en el demás territorio de América). Consideramos que nuestra lealtad hacia su marca y productos (que existe desde el NES), debe tener una respuesta reciproca por parte de ustedes, y por lo tanto, deseamos solicitarles que se desarrolle el Portal Club Nintendo para América Latina, donde podamos redimir nuestros puntos por las compras hechas, tanto para obtener códigos para descarga como para premios físicos. Como ejemplo, a raíz de la promoción para Mario Kart 8, se ha desatado en blogs y redes sociales una gran discusión de porqué los Latinoamericanos no podemos obtener los mismos beneficios, a pesar de que pagamos los juegos en el equivalente en dólares (y en ocasiones más). Ésta gran Comunidad Latinoamericana les exige que volteen a ver a nuestro territorio, somos parte de Nintendo…..¿o no?. We believe that our loyalty to your brand and products (which exists since the NES), must have a reciprocal response from you, and therefore request that the Club Nintendo Portal for Latin America, where we can redeem our points, for codes to downloads or physical prizes. As an example, following promotion to Mario Kart 8 has broken out in blogs and social networks is a great discussion of why Latin Americans can not get the same benefits, although we paid games in the dollar equivalent (and sometimes more).
