CLOUD KINGDOM GIFTING

Great game but the gifting is a mess and terrible policies. Developers never fix issues with the game. Customer service cannot understand the language so therefore can't as they say "understand" you or any issues. If they don't fix these important issues I will go.

I love the game, but find it unfair that we cannot gift certain items out of the warehouse. The game truly would be more enjoyable if we didn't have to tell our neighbors, Sorry! It does not allow me to gift this item.

This game is getting harder and harder for new players. Please enable us to gift whatever we want to our neighbors and for newcomers. Over 1/2 of my neighbors under level 20 have quit in the past 4 months. This is potential money that YOU are missing out on !!

after all the time i played and all the times i expressed that this was not good for the game....i stopped paying for things i could not share....needs to be changed to things we pay for .....we can gift...unfair

I just so agree with my neighbors and friends

I so agree with those sharing their pleas so eloquently and calmly. What has made this game so interesting, is that you - the creators, have stayed on it, kept it fresh and new ongoing, not let it lag or get boring. That has made people like me, recommend this to many others, that didn't like games, and made me spend money I don't have, to enhance my own experience. But there are others who cannot spend money, and because of what makes this game unique and interesting (the fact that it's complicated!) people need help. A. Other than rubies and coins, seems we should be able to give away our own items to others in the game. Many things paid for, with our time, and monies. It would help keep interest at the lower levels, and not lose (has to be) over 75% of new players in first weeks, which in turn helps you, the creators, with interest and probable monetary gain. B. Also with the items we gain, that seem to have no use after their update is complete, cannot some quests involve some of the items we end up with, from our decos, in addition to new ones, so we don't just keep adding to inventory of items we can't use. There is so much we love about this game. Your IT department- are geniuses (well, except for this gifting thing!) and you keep us interested and challenged. Help your new players stay in the game, and help us old players help you help the new players. It won't take away your income, it will enhance it.

First at all please listen to the complains of the players. 1. Let us share the items we have left over, we don't need anymore, but new starters and low level players need them so much. 2. Let us transfer items like some of our furries. Furry with winter theme should be transported to our New Year island or winter island. Animals to cat island. 3. Let us use the special furries like garthener at all islands 4. Stop the top 10 contest make it a top 50 contest, the last contest there where only about 50 participants, cause it is to difficult 5. And don't have more then one quest at the time please. I as founder of a group are working my butt of in my game to help my members, meaning that I take time for my members to make items. They can win with making puzzles. I do this because I'm afraid to loose more players. 6. Understand that when we loose friends (neighbors) you will loose your players too and that means less money goes into your game. Just don't do what Zynga did to their players, show us that you care of your players

Limiting what we can gift is a blatant attempt to get more money from those who pay to play. We all can't spend hours on the game, we all can't spend money on rubies but we all want to progress in the game. Once I have obtained an item in the game it should be my property and my choice to do what I want with anything in my inventory. You are reasonable to limit gifting during your irritating top 10 contests as they are insane feeding frenzies as it its. I have to agree with the rest of the comments that this game is becoming very tedious and all the fun has disappeared!

Please turn the game back to the way it was, it used to be so much fun in the beginning when we started playing this game, and these new quests we have been getting lately it seems to take forever to finish because for some of us the resource are not easy and fast to make, some things take several hours to make one item and we have to travel to several different worlds/islands to make items needed and then bring them back just to make another item that seems to take forever to make to complete a task, so please turn back time and make the game fun and easy to play again, thank you so much

Stop making it so hard to even get ahead in the game. Upgrates are to hard

The game used to be so much fun but I have now lost interest in it. It seems like nothing is getting better and more and more people are going to leave. I am a Level 89 player and am thinking about exiting. I even had created a group to help others play the game. It no longer is fun but a chore which I do not want to do. This is so sad to me because I have been playing the game for almost 2 years now.
