We started playing this game because it allowed us to play with friends, help each other and enjoy the social aspect of engaging with other players. Now because the gifting has been changed, we cannot help our friends when they need it most, get frustrated at having items but unable to pass them on to players who need it, and never know from one day to the next where we stand with the game - please stop this! We agree that gifting anything to do with the top 100 and those competitions, should not be allowed, but PLEASE let us have our gifting back in the regular game!

This game is getting harder and harder for new players. Please enable us to gift whatever we want to our neighbors and for newcomers. Over 1/2 of my neighbors under level 20 have quit in the past 4 months. This is potential money that YOU are missing out on !!
please let us play together, helping friends is so much more fun then just do the quests. I have a lot of stuff i don't need from the deco's I buy that I don't need anymore while lower level friends need them
I find myself losing interest in the game because I am at a much lower level than most of my friends. Now, none of them can help me and I am falling further behind as the new quests are designed for much higher level players. At least when my friends could help I was still enjoying the social aspect
We all make or Earn our Items we should still be able to give them to help others if we choose its our time or money that it used to achieve the items we have Please give us back our rights.
Cloud Kingdom is a social game...we need each other's help to make the game smoother...every since the change in the gifting I have lost many neighbors...please change it back.
Great game but the gifting is a mess and terrible policies. Developers never fix issues with the game. Customer service cannot understand the language so therefore can't as they say "understand" you or any issues. If they don't fix these important issues I will go.
I agree with all the statements, please let us gift what we want. Thank you

I love the game, but find it unfair that we cannot gift certain items out of the warehouse. The game truly would be more enjoyable if we didn't have to tell our neighbors, Sorry! It does not allow me to gift this item.
