Closure of West Norwood Delivery Office SE27

My elderly mother, who lives in Norwood and cannot drive, would find it very difficult to go to Anerley for post if her local office closed.

Don't close it!

This is outrageous. It's a local service and in constant use. Anerley is not local at all.

We need a local sorting office/parcel depot that is actually local.

Please keep our well loved and needed sorting office in West Norwood.

We choose to buy from companies who offer Royal Mail delivery precisely because of the accessibility of the delivery office. If the office moved away we would change our preference and Royal Mail would lose business to its competitors. I imagine many others in the area take a similar view.

This is an important facility in the area especially for the elderly and those without transport.

Please keep it open, I use it often!

3 miles is far too far to go to collect mail. It is hard enough as it is for a working person to pick up deliveries.

Please reconsider this decision. It is ridiculous to expect local people to travel so far to collect post and the only result can be a loss trust and goodwill locally and consequently loss of business for royal mail.
