The sorting office at West Norwood is always busy, and Anerley is much too far away - and is in fact almost impossible for anyone in SE27 without a car.

We really value the service offered by the kind and helpful staff at the Windsor Grove sorting office, We regulary collect parcels from there and we can currently walk there. We have no transportation so it would be much more inconvenient if this service was withdrawn.

Please don't move the sorting office to anerley. It will be very difficult indeed to only be able to fetch post on a Saturday morning

As a household of full time workers and students we rely on the local sorting office for parcel collection. We have no safe space to hide things and travelling all the way to the Anerley office would be hugely inconvenient! We have enough problems with the limited hours of one 5 minutes away, never mind one we'd have a slow bus journey too.

The West Norwood delivery office is a vital part of the local community. WN is a growing and thriving area, set to increase in resident numbers and therefore such local amenities are crucial in supporting the area. How are older and physically impaired residents meant to access a depot in Anerley? It is too far away and unreasonable to expect people to travel. Please reconsider this unwelcome move

Closing this local office (which I regularly use) would mean more people having to drive or use public transport to collect parcels - this means more congestion and worse air quality. The opposite of what we need in London. Please keep it open Royal Mail

It would be a real shame for West Norwood residents to lose the sorting office and it is too much to expect people to travel miles to collect their post. How can Royal a mail expect people without access to transport, people with limited abilities, people with young children (to name but a few) to travel over 2 miles to collect their post, especially when items are big and/or bulky. I am strongly opposed to this proposal.

I'm a full-time carer for my Grandmother. She's needs alot of care. The West Norwood office is a convenient 10 minute walk away which fits in with my life. The Royal Mail are proposing that I take a considerable amount of time and expense to travel by public transport to Anerley to pick up packages. I want the Royal Mail to justify why the Anerley office would be better for my personal situation than the West Norwood office.

it will be extremely unconvenient. I am send out deliveries very often and have to pick them up at your pick up point. However i can only do it at my lunch break at around 12pm. it will be extremely difficult to actually travel to penge since i don't even have a car. please i would like you to consider such radical decision .

Dear Sir or Madam, the relocation of this office from west Norwood to anerley would be terrible considering the traffic to cross at Christalpalace and no direct connection with train.
