"For years the' Schweizer Kindergarten' had served children of the German speaking European ex patriots in Cairo, children of European Experts working in Egypt and children of German speaking Egyptians and those seeking German education for there kids. That Kindergarten offered what no other place did. It offered nature in its best. Residing in the enclaves of the Swiss club, the Villa donated by Henri Meyer in 1951 to the Swiss Community, the Kindergarten is surrounded by rare trees and spacious green areas. In that safe Haven, Frau Barbara and her team planted the best seeds into there children. One unique thing for that Kingergarten is that children loved it more than any other place."

This is one of the best preschools in Cairo. Frau Barbara is a wonderful teacher. The gardens of the school are so ideal for children. Help to get Barbara help and not kill the initiative.

Managenent should have held a meeting with parents to explain the challenges they are facing and seek input/solutions from parents. Closing the kindergarten with a letter is an arrogant inconsiderate attitude that distorts our image and relationship with our beloved Swiss Club!
