Fraser Health is set to move all staff from the South Delta Public Health Unit into North Delta. As many of you know (or might not have heard yet) the services of this health unit will be cut. Many of these services include Mom/Baby Drop In, Vaccinations, Breast Feeding Support, etc.. Many moms in the area (my self included) have regularly used these services. I have met many great mothers through these programs and have found it especially helpful to have these kind of supports in my community. We need to petition to the Fraser Health in hopes they will reconsider their decision.
