Two hundred and fifty people have signed this and honestly I did not think it would move this fast because I was just sitting at my desk feeling panicked about all the kids mixing in the hallways when I hit publish. It is wild to see that so many of you are just as worried as I am about how quickly this stuff spreads while everyone just pretends things are totally fine.

This is really disappointing that khda is still forcing students to go to school when the Corona virus outbreak is right near them, so if any student get harmed by this virus, it's khda to blame
yes schools should be closed because of this virus because it can lead us to death and the ministry shouldn’t just close it for Dubai schools it should be done for all the schools in Uae cities like Ajman, Ras al khaima, Abu Dhabhi, etc.
Schools are a big gathering of students of all ages and backgrounds so you will never know who has the virus so for the safety of children the schools should be shut down till the virus situation gets better
I honestly think health is first and we can’t let kids become sick since they interact so much with their parents and the parents with their friends which can easily spread the virus
Closing schools due to the virus outbreak is a very logical choice that should be made! Measures to keep students in school hygienic will not stop the virus from spreading between students in school.
I'm a student from year 8 & I personally think school should be closed and everyone should go for homeschool.
It’s obviously not practical to still send students to school despite the widespread corona outbreak.

Schools should be closee because they are canceling events but not closing schools. We get that education is important but health is more important. Is education more important than health?
