I Stanford Garrett have been a long time customer at the Glenville Branch in Cleveland, OH thirteen plus years. I received a letter from Frances Slomo 1st Vice President District Manager informing me of the closing of the J.P. Morgan Chase branch at East 105th and St. Clair Ave. on Feb 5 2015. it is consolidating with a Cleveland, Hgts branch in a East side suburb.I feel this branch get a lot ob business. There are a lot of retirees and elderly citizens who live near this branch who don't always have the resources to go downtown another neighborhood or the suburbs. We depend on this branch to do our banking. a lot of citizens don't own automobiles either. To close this branch would be a disservice to our community. I would ask J.P. Morgan Chase to reconsider it decision to close the Glenville Branch on Feb. 5, 2015.
