Best solution is to have them close directly behind each car like they do in Castle Pines. No cars can sneak in behind a resident that way.

There needs to be a guard at the gates so 5 people cannot tag team and come through at one time. Also, there must be a gate where pedestrians walk through or the light rail "traffic" will keep coming through our neighborhood.

Yes. My husband and I have a home being built behind us and have had persons or kids out there after dark. We do not feel safe.

I see the drug users begging at the corner of the Safeway, then buying groceries, walking through the open gates of our neighborhood then back out the back gate towards the light rail to go back downtown. I also have had people illegally dump in my construction dumpster. Why even have gates if the are wide open all day and open for people to walk right in? Makes no sense! Thanks to whomever started this petition!

Our garage and all of our cars were broken into. Our son's bike was stollen and left around the corner, when the thief stole our neighbors car. The gates need to be closed and a security guard at each entrance would be a great idea.
