TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON: I, the undersigned qualified voter of the City of Pleasanton, Texas, hereby request Reinstatement of Community Center/Library Plans, as approved by Pleasanton City Council on July 28th, 2011, and subsequently disapproved by Pleasanton City Council on October 3rd, 2011; and Closure of 100 Block of N. Main Street to construct parking on the north end of the block and a plaza in front of the proposed City facilities (Community Center and Library); be submitted to an election of the qualified voters of the City of Pleasanton, Texas for approval or disapproval pursuant to ARTICLE XIII, Section 3, of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Pleasanton.
