This is a petition to close down CWA, an e-fed run by 12 year olds who think it's cool to spam and frame other e-feds for their shenanigans. It's also a place where these certain 12 year olds in question post quite possibly the worst RPs since the legendary Richard Fierro. The fed is a stretch mark on e-feds everywhere and an embarrassment that it's #1 on all top sites (Although, that's likely due to the owner running around all the computers in school and voting) CLOSE CWA DOWN!
