The school board finally folded and agreed to shut down the moldy trailers for good. We forced them to stop playing games with our health and accept responsibility for this disaster. Keep watching them closely because we will not let anyone ignore student safety again.
West Springfield High School in Springfield VA has numerous trailer classrooms that are infested with mold, this in turn has made many students sick and the school faculty has tried to cover this up. Around more than 90% of the student population uses these trailers on a day to day basis. We demand that the school trailer park is closed until further testing and proper cleaning is conducted.
The school administration thinks they can ignore us if we stay quiet about the toxic rot in these trailers. We are nearing 100 signatures and need to hit that mark right now to force their hands. Blast this link to everyone you know before they get away with poisoning our students for one more day.

This is extremely concerning that puts our children health at a big risk. My daughter had been complaining of headaches for the past weeks and it worries me a lot that she still has to continue to be in the same class with this problem. The school needs to stop using these trailers and do something about it.

As upperclassmen have the vast majority of their classes in the trailers, if there is a growing mold problem many of them are at risk, especially due to allergies during seasonal changes. Keeping us in there puts us all in danger, and the teachers, who spend every class teaching there.

This school is lying to their Stundentakt and staff about saftey concerns which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They conditions these kids learn in are not conducive to learning and an extent health risk for right now and the future.
