the Ruler of Sharjah and his family are so enlightened and progressive. They brought education and prosperity to their people. I hope they will listen to this plea and take action to close the animal market, a business that is not bringing anything good the Emirate and to the people living in it. The animal market is cruel by any standard and a sufferance to see: you don't have to be a big animal lover to understand that nothing good can come up from pure cruel practices. Michela

Sirs - either regulate sharjah animal market where pets are give proper medical treatment and housed well or please close the market ... Animals have souls too ..

Sharjah animal market owners...Please stop the brutality and cruilty to spices that can't speak for themselves..for the sake of God please send them to safer places like in dubai or set them free for adoptions. Market is for consumables not living beings..in the name of the almighty stop getting burdened by these atrocious acts of sin. Regards

Shut this place down, it's cruel and heartbreaking. The owners of this place should be treated the same way as the animals to see how cruel they are being. Anyone with a heart can see that that all these helpless animals are being mistreated, if only they could speak for themselves they would chose any other way of life than this. I urge everyone to sign this petition and close this horrific place now.
