I honestly agree. This is not only better for the safety of the kids at our school but if u have some assignments that haven't been done now is our chance to finish them.

I go to Bladensburg High School which is a 30 minute walk from my house in Cheverly, so closing school for this week will definitely give the snow time to melt.

Prince George's County Public Schools need to close for the rest of the week. The bus stops and sidewalks are covered with mounds of snow. These children are going to have to walk and stand in the streets. The neighborhoods are narrowed because of the snow. Those drivers are going to have problems trying to get those big buses through. #pgcps
