Honestly, this is ridiculous. My neighborhood isn't plowed, I rely on public transit to get to campus, that's all delayed tomorrow, and the roads are going to ice over in the morning. I'm not even able to go tomorrow, which is going to make me miss a quiz that I'm not sure I can even make up. Thanks, Marymount.

The majority of students at MU are commuters and many come from far out. Many of us won't be able to make it to class and this will affect not only the one day of missed classes, but tests and quizes resulting from this missed information. Please reconsider.

This is a joke. People are going to get hurt trying to get to class. This school is getting on my nerves, the administration is unprofessional and doesn't care about their students. #transfer

My neighborhood has not been plowed yet and I drive a small car so I don't see how I can even get out of my neighborhood tomorrow. Us commuters are the ones who have to risk our lives to go to class, this is unfair.

I live in a hilly area in the heart of Fairfax. Excavating the rest of my car is one obstacle; getting through my own driveway would be another (let alone my street). My case is NOT unique! Please close MU for the sake of the commuters. I don't want to miss my lecture!

The roads are so bad that I can't drive to school tomorrow. I don't want to miss another day of classes because of commuting troubles due to the weather. Please no school! Besides it's a Friday.. Might as well cancel.

This was a poor decision marymount. It is in the best interest for everyone if the institution is declared closed on Feb 14th, 2014.
