THIS IS COMPLETELY ABSURD. THE FACT THAT SO MANY PEOPLE FEEL NEGATIVITY TOWARDS THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE. IT'S ALMOST 2015 USPS, UPS, AND ALL THE OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES. FIX UP YOUR COMPANY, STOP HIRING FAT LAZY PEOPLE OR FIRE THE FAT LAZY PEOPLE WHO WON'T GO UP ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO DELIVER A VALUABLE PACKAGE! SERIOUSLY!

When you are transporting packages or mail, you should get it right. I expect better service immediately, hire a new staff and revamp their policies asap.
