I strongly believe that the owner of Rock Grills Steakhouse need to learn how to reply to reviews in social media before starting a business.
If he thinks, he is not able to reply diplomatically to negative reviews, he should not market his business via social media.

A paying customer has all the rights to review a business. A business should be diplomatic in replying and do not need to get offensive in a reply. Retaliation with same words used by customers is like throwing back words at customers and humiliating them.

We thought a customer needs to open his mouth to eat. Rock Grills Steakhouse suggesting customers to open their mind before eating at Rock Grills Steakhouse. We are not sure what kind of concept is this ! Rock Grills Steakhouse has gone bad to worse in their replies.

Rock Grills Steakhouse lives in an imaginary world where he thinks there is a group of people who wants to tarnish his image. Either he needs some attention from Institute of Mental Health or the owner of Rock Grills Steakhouse has made enough enemies which makes him think there is a group to tarnish his image. He seriously need to get an appointment from Institute of Mental Health.

The owner of Rock Grills Steakhouse thinks that customers can’t afford. If someone give a negative review about his business, he think that they can’t afford. This is looking down at customers. This type of restaurant should be closed for good.

Reaching this level of support feels heavy because it confirms so many of us are exhausted by such blatant disrespect. I am tired of watching this play out but seeing this response proves that nobody else wants to tolerate it either.

Before starting the business of Rock Grills Steakhouse you should have some sort of positive confidence which will bring to light the ultimate goal of success.
The man has many problems. He actually owes my wife and I $20.000 - our deposit from renting his Sentosa apartment more than 3 years. He has no intention to pay. He does the same thing to the estate agents. He was rude and abusive the whole time.

Respect is not just a word. We need to learn to understand it's meaning and show it. Especially People in Customer service lines, shouldn't poke fun like this. It just shows their level of maturity and lack of professionalism.
Willingness to accept feedback and most importantly service towards customer. Remember, your daily paycheck depend on customer. They are your boss!

To achieve the goal, the owner of Grills Steakhouse should be full fill with creative ideas.
