Have you or someone you knew made a purchase at Coggin Honda of Saint Augustine? If so I would love to hear feedback.
I'm starting this petition to ask Coggin Honda of Saint Augustine to stop with their unfair and misleading trade practices.
They sell broken cars, make promises to you, but make no record of it so you have no legal recourse, lie, yell at customers over the phone, take advantage of young and inexperienced customers, and even if they say they'll try to make it up to you after selling you a broken car, they'll try and scam you again.
In my opinion, a local business that destroys the well-being of the citizens around it should not be allowed to operate. Local citizens of Saint Augustine, I urge you, if you have dealt with this business, tell your story. Even if it was a good experience that you had with them, I'd appreciate your input.

I've had great experiences with Coggin Honda St Augustine. I've purchased three vehicles from them and will most definitely buy from them again. It's impressive to me that such a large corporately owned dealership can still deliver a first class customer service experience. I'm not really sure what happened to make you post this petition but I think Coggin Honda of St Augustine is a reputable business and I hope they will be around for years to come.
Honestly I'm glad to hear it. I know that they have done good things and been good to customers, but I know they've been as bad as they were with me to many other customers. I'm glad you'll be a repeat customer, hopefully they're as good the second time as they were the first. But they've done wrong by me, and a lot of other people, and they will make up for it.
Good to see. I thought it was just me, apparently not... looks like I should be thankful for not buying from them. Terrible experience with nothing but run around (45 min drive each way, twice), promises over the phone, deal changes when you walk in the door, etc etc etc.....
I dealt with coggin honda with my credit totally destroyed from an ex not only did they help me get a 2012 car with low miles one owner excellent condition beautiful I got it with.a very low down payment ....I ran something over with the tires called them and explained that my tire was popped and they told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do I brought it in and they put 2 BRAND NEW TIRES NO CHARGE ....COGGIN HONDA ST AUGUSTINE IS AWESOME WILL BE REPEAT CUSTOMER

Sold us a lemon car that had major issues one after the other. Now have no money and no car. How is that customer satisfaction?
