Something has to be done.There is no need for these types of accidents.Such a terrible loss suffered by all of us.We are a community and should come together to get this intersection changed.The time is now.

Scariest part of the perimeter if you ask me, To many people riding your tail if you want to turn left into the dump, many close calls.

Stop distorting the perimeter highway with stop lights. Either make under or over passes but no mor lights. That being said uncontrolled intersections are extremely dangerous this is not new information and the province or city that ignored that should be ashamed of them selves. Because their neglect has caused deaths.
