This is not right place for children and families. There are drug users, abusive persons, unhygienic environment.

I'm currently in here with my four baby's we've been shoved in here bitten to bits by bed bugs and fleas we foned up to complain they said well we've never had a issue I'm the past so why are you fussing. We then got told not to go BK for four hours until it was treated we got BK and as well as dead fleas there still jumping about as well as bed bugs running all over the bed. It's driving me crazy. Wen I first got here my mate helped me to scrub and bleach the room out to try make it cleaner before my kids could touch anything it's a joke it needs shutting down can't expect families of kids staying here .

These living conditions are not acceptable. Let alone fit for children to stay in. Riddled with bed bugs and flees. Old food dryed on tiles in kitchen area. I understand its a old building but far from clean /hygienic or safe. Close it down!

Stayed at this place and was disgusted at the state of it and the way you are expected to live really could do with a full strip out and shutting down would not say it’s safe for kids full of druggies, was in the paper for a stabbing in the past absolute joke knock it down no more horror stories.

It's totally disgusting conditions, needs guttering completely but then, where do the people /families go if this is shut down? More vulnerable people on the streets or God forgive.... Suicides

I was in there in 2010 with 2 small children was unsafe to the point social care helped rehouse us. Needles and limited heating only put on when it suited. Was needles in the sofa and a stabbing above not suitable for children. Sash wy my son nearly fell out of. Yet they make a fortune per day from council.

Absolutely appalling that in 2019 we are still housing vulnerable people and families in such abhorrent and disgusting conditions. This is not just unacceptable, its inhumane. The council have to be held accountable for where they place people, and basic needs and hygiene standards must be met.

Vile! How can anyone be told to live here it’s un hygienic , not fit for no one , sadly many families are here with no choice. Wipe your feet on the way out not on the way in!!
