While we appreciate the interest Fingal County Council Parks division have taken in our estate to date. We the -residents of Castlefield Woods, Castlefield Park, -residents of the surrounding Estates, and the Clonsilla Village and areas. Are very disappointed to hear we may lose of up to 7 trees from our estate, most of which are over 200 years old. We request - A professional external consultant arborculturist to be appointed to assess the trees with an open mind to remedial action rather than tree felling. - To postpone the tree felling until this is done. - And that the council be willing to take account of the findings and recommendations of that independent report?
