Middletown needs thriving businesses. There are no homes near the brewery.

Orange County needs more destinations! Allowing live music at Clemson Brothers would definitely be a step in the right direction.

I'm a city of Middletown resident and a local musician. Having outdoor music would be a fantastic way to breath much needed new life into the downtown area. Downtown shouldn't be just about the restaurants. It should be a cultural center that encourages people from all over to visit, explore, and ultimately spend money in our community. The concerts at festival square lure in hundreds of people each week. The people want this and it's about time.

This is a great establishment, the allowance would help local artists, & the entertainment would be a draw for patrons; increasing business which ultimately helps the local economy. So this is a no brainer, allow this!

If the city won't amend the law, I don't see how the city can continue to allow the summer concerts at festival square.

Revamp your zoning laws Middletown! Get in the game ,it's the 21st century. Don't allow one man to shut it down because he "can't see it". If you live in a close vicinity use your voice and let ppl know what negative affect is realistic so it can be addressed based on reality.

Downtown is heading in a good direction but why hinder businesses that are improving the image and number of visitors to the city. Middletown needs to get with the times or get left behind! Remember your slogan...."Middletown, Were on the move"...

Bring Middletown back to a thriving business area, don't keep chasing business away with laws that will prevent them from being successful.

Best of luck. We need live music and anything else that will bring people into the downtown area. I don't understand why you can't have it. There are definitely other businesses that have live outdoor music. We should be encouraging anything reasonable that will draw people to the downtown area.

I strongly support bringing more culture into Middletown through the arts. More live music events in the downtown area is a splendid idea.
