We, the undersigned, respectfully call on the Governor of Ohio and the Ohio Parole Board to grant clemency and consider the release or transfer of:

Taylor Hancock Jr., A141-342, currently incarcerated at Pickaway Correctional Institution.

At the age of 21, Taylor was arrested for a crime he did not commit. He has been imprisoned since 1974. Now 72 years old continues to seek justice, mercy, and freedom.

His incarceration never has served the interests of justice, rehabilitation, or public safety, because of his innocence. Granting clemency would allow Taylor to reunite with his loved ones, contribute positively to society, and receive the medical care he urgently needs.

We urge the Governor of Ohio to show compassion and grant clemency to Taylor Hancock Jr.
