In our society, there are not many resources and accommodations to support people that are deaf and mute. Sign this petition to make a change by adding a mandatory sign language course/class in our education system for all students. This way everyone can be clearly heard. The momentum we have built proves that the school board can no longer ignore this demand. They have tried to keep our classrooms inaccessible for too long and now they have to face the pressure of a movement that refuses to go away.

THIS IS SO NEEDED
A sign language class would be awesome for high schoolers. better than half the electives we have now lol
my cousin is deaf and she really struggles with school. this would be such a huge help for kids like her.
honestly why is this not already a thing?? would be so useful for everyone to know.

We need to raise awareness to help people that are deaf and mute. There aren't many resources out there to support these people. Let's make a change together!
