The people of Battle Creek Michigan and surrounding areas are hereby petitioning the management of Meijer stores to have a clearly defined, publicly accessible, uniformly applied and followed, and well taught policy for accepting coupons and honoring ads including manufacturer(including digital), store(including digital), Catalina, and competitor coupons, competitor ads, rain checks, and in-store sales. The people of Battle Creek enjoy shopping at Meijer and supporting a Michigan based company but find it cumbersome and disrespectful to have to hunt for lead cashiers, service desk employees, and store managers only to be told there is no clearly defined policy. Even upon taking the time to call corporate, the people are often told that policies are up to the discretion of local management. Please, Meijer - come up with a policy document, post it on your website, post it at your stores, and on your facebook page so we can ALL have a more pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.
