On November 12, 2004, Clear Channel Changed the format of ROCK 101KLOL (Houston, TX) to MEGA 101(Latino hip hop). KLOL has been a staple of the Houston community for 34 years with thousands of listeners in Houston and surrounding areas, including parts of Louisiana. This is the only radio station in the Houston area that played only modern rock with no pop or R&B. With the recent format change, it is now impossible to get this without having to pay for satilite service. Please help to bring back this true rock station.
