I wish to be awarded a Clear Title for a "1992 Chevrolet Colorado Pickup Truck". Upon completing the payment of $1000.00, I was to be given the title for said pick-up truck. I made down payment of $300.00 on1/28/12, at which tim seller informed me the person he purchased the auto from had not relinquished to him the title. This caused me to delay full payment until I received title. Final payment was made on 3/21/12, when I was given title. The Chevy Silverado has been in my possession since 1/28/12. However, the title does not have my seller's name as purchaser.
