We are creating this petition to give everyone a clean slate and not have to pay the government the $631 fee, seeing as they legalized marijuana off the same thing they sentenced people to prison and are now making money off of that.

The feedback coming in from people living with these charges is heavy and it proves that this $631 barrier is keeping too many lives on hold. I am still pushing for answers because the current system is unfair and I am not willing to walk away from this fight.

my brother cant even get a decent job because of this. gotta fix it.
Its just straight up robbery at this point. stop punishing ppl for something legal.
Ridiculous that people are still paying for past mistakes when the stores are literally open now.
