I am writing this petition to submit to Ipetitions to remove a petition defaming C.J. Bergner with false allegations and to Anime Nebraskon to show that this man does not deserve to be harassed, defamed, and chased from the communities he has helped to build, grow and make enjoyable. I myself have come to know this man as a great friend and capable of putting a smile on your face no matter how down you may be. He needs to know that he has the support of his fans, friends, and family. I will stand by his side and help fight this unjust and criminal acts against him and his reputation.
Being as this has been going on now for over 6 years we will be now using the original petition to clear his name.

The volume of support has reached a level that necessitates immediate action from the organization in question. I am currently finalizing a formal letter to the Anime Nebraskon board to ensure they review our evidence regarding the defamation of C.J. Bergner.

I don't know CJ very well, but I've never seen any evidence of the sort of behavior he's being accused of. If any of the allegations against CJ have any merit, an online petition to boot him out of a group he's an integral part of is not the proper, mature way to handle the situation.
I'm so sorry this keeps coming up, when it was legally settled years ago. Stay strong, and I hope this gets squashed once and for all.
CJ wouldn’t do anything to hurt anyone. He’s one of the most genuine, stand up guys I’ve ever met, and I have NEVER believed any of the accusations against him. He doesn’t deserve to live with this harassment.
Cj is a good man and has truly helped all of the community of the conventions grow into events people enjoy coming to;)
I'm signing because I've been by CJs side since this started, did my own research, and found nothing to prove a single allegation. I've worked in defending him after clearing his name multiple times. This should have stopped a long time ago.
C.J is one of the kindest souls I have ever met. He doesn't deserve being turned on for no reason. He has been a good friend for years now and hopefully whoever made the petition against him gets their karma.
I know C.J. and he is a great person.

CJ was completely professional at my convention, Sausomecon, where he was MCing. I am someone that is interested in facts, not rumors. If all accusations against CJ were completely true, why is he not in jail? Where is the proof? Mike
