Psychiatry is increasingly being used as a tool to punish free thought, activism, lawful resistance, break apart families and destroy indigenous values. This is one such example.

This petition will send a clear message to the psychiatric profession and relevant authorities that the use of psychiatry in bad faith to human rights or justice is unacceptable in our society.

We demand that practitioners be held accountable to their actions under common law.

We demand that those government organizations responsible to investigate complaints do so in a timely manner and in good faith to the complainants interest.

We demand that legislation that contravenes freedom of belief be struck down so that psychiatrists are not confused on this fundamental point of human rights. Additionally we have a right to deny medical examination or treatment.
