Agree with all the comments. Especially the state of the outside of the property. Building rubbish everywhere, old signs with ‘Completing 2019’ on them...

Agree that the condition of our flats are terrible, think the windows have been cleaned twice at most! With regards to the increase in service charge was this not to pay towards the electricity bill as we didn’t have our own meters? I really hope it is!

I echo the thoughts contained within recent documentation received. Our ‘luxury apartments’ resembles a slum! It’s embarrassing how bad the state of the building is. Poor workmanship that even an apprentice building would be ashamed of!

The state of the upkeep is insufficient. Not everything can be blamed on the builders.

Still not sure what the money we are paying towards service charge is actually going on. Been here 4 years. Communal areas are arguably in a worse state than when we moved in.
