This Petition is to get funding from the Federal Government to allow the Universities and Colleges to start cleaning and monitoring toxins in our lakes and rivers to make them clean. Nevada and California got$300 million in federal funds for restoration to clean purify and monitor their lakes and rivers. They are clear blue like the ocean. Mississippi and Alabama has brown water and the water and the drinking water in Saltillo and Tupelo is some times the same color. This is not acceptable.
