I strongly agree that overcrowding the classrooms is not going to be beneficial to the children.

Overcrowding will affect all of us but most of all our children.

We moved to a town like Seaford for the school district. My children have been in classes the last two years with 26 or more children which is completely ridiculous. In Islip where we used to live they had only 19-21 students per class. Teachers can not effectively do their jobs when the class is over crowded!!!

We would like to see the classroom sizes reduced to facilitate a better learning environment for our children. Classroom size should be at the top of the priority list when making budget considerations. My daughter's thrid grade classroom is overcrowded. Please don't let this occur again in fourth grade.

Please think of our children and add staff. The curriculum and the larger class sizes are making it difficult for our children to learn and our kids are the ones who suffer

My daughter will be joining the kindergarten this fall. The idea of large classes is upsetting--it's widely known that the students will suffer in some manner. Each child should receive the best foundation possible for their education. One of Seaford's great attractions is it's school system. Please don't dilute that.

my daughter had 26 kids in her kindergarten class and it was way too many. more than half went on to need reading lab the next year. kindergarten kids need too much attention. keep the lower grade class size down to 20 or 22 max. All grades benefit from smaller classes.

I was in two crowded classrooms and my education suffered for it. My math is nearly non existent because I had problems with it and the one teacher could not give me any attention.

A Seaford graduate, with family members still attending Seaford schools. Give these kids the education they deserve, and their parents are paying for!
