While I personally do not own a copy of Whizbang, his existence does benefit a lot of people. First of all, some people like me do not have too much money to spare, making us unable to buy a dozen packs every expansion every year. But using Whizbang nullifies that, as this way we can actually play with the new cards every expansion without the worry of other people having decks with all of the newer expansions.
