CHS Classes in the 2020-2021 school year should be pass/fail

They should of never had to be out doing community service for a a required senior class project to graduate. They should also allowed the seniors to graduate early. PASS or FAIL- is correct due to the inconsistency of teachers, staff, and the constant back and forth from home to school. You want them to email with concerns. Well it’s over a week or some times there’s never a response. The lack of over all concern and consideration for the students at CHS is just pathetic.

This is my last year of high school and with everything going on i have 0 motivation, i don’t even know if i’m gonna graduate and after all these years of school it sucks to even think about, this would really help a lot of us

Over the cousre of the 2020 year I have learned that its not just the students that are struggling it's the teachers too. The pass or fail system will provide teachers with a more controlled and relaxed environment.

On my part I think student to pass only cause how do teachers expect us to learn in an environment where we can decide to not do our work. If us teens have the option to choose weather doing our work or doing something we wanna do well obviously where gonna do what we want. If the school was open we have to go to school on a daily and we have the teachers on our booty

As a student who has always been in honors and had no less then a 3.5 and then is now struggling to even pass any classes i agree that we should change the system during these times.
