This petition is to show the injustice in the current law and have it changed. The current law states that if a Class A diver is in violation of any traffic laws in his/her personal vehicle, he/she is subject to the law as if he/she were driving a Class A vehicle. And because of this law he/she is also unable to attend traffic school as any other drivers are allowed to do. This discrimination should not be allowed as this is another of the government suppressing and discrimnating laws. Class A Drivers drive 10 times the amount of most drivers on the road. Most are safe and curtious drivers. Yet they are the ones penalized for it. When alot of drivers are unsafe and they get to go to traffic school and still brake the speed law, cut in and out of traffic, and cut in front of Class A drivers. And they are still on the road driving and causing accidents.
