These medicines have almost killed me.

This drug caused me to black out. Then at some point during that blackout I drove my truck and had a horrible accident. Thank God only I was hurt, but I do not drive while taking any meds I need for my disease, This is scary stuff being able to function while being absent in the mind.

I developed tardive dystonia from taking Seroquel now my body turns in I have tremors I have numbness on the left side I have muscle pain all the time my muscle spasms I have to have DBS surgery and I have proof from all my doctors that the seroquel cause this

I took Effexor for about 6 months and it turned me into a crazy mess. I was never a violent person but it made me scream at my children and husband. I was irrational. I threw things and suffered major anxiety. My doctor put me on effexor after I complained about feeling a little stressed and tired. I didn't realize it was meant for major depression. I missed many months at work trying to come off of it and suffering depression which I didn't have prior to taking it. Also I suffer from memory loss and brain fog. It's made my life a living hell.

I was put on these drugs when I was a minor by my mother,so I had no say in my medical treatment, since then I have been suffering with medical issues and side effects my entire adult life.

Drugs are just a band-aid that do more harm than good

I was prescribed Lorazapam by the VA a year ago for insomnia. It worked for a couple of weeks and then I found I needed a larger dose which didn't work. The VA has discontinued prescribing it because of medical problems with their patients. My insomnia has gotten worse while using this drug and I have been told by the VA to stop using it.
