Class Action Lawsuit Against Manufacturers of Celexa, Prozac, Zoloft, Effexor, Lexapro, Paxil, Seroquel and Ativan

My wife needs help fast. She has terrible anxiety panic and agoraphobia. Her doctor put her on 4 mg per day. Then just sufdenly dropped her to 2 mg. She has been having seizures for. 3 weeks.

Prescribed 1.5 mg ox Xanax. ADoctor upped to 8 mg per day over time. Suffering almost all side effects on your website.

Diazepam has caused me serious side effects. It is POISON and these manufactures need to pay for all the damage they've been doing to all of us all of these years!!!!!!

I use to take lexapro for years.

put on Ativan by my GPA and was told that .5 mg every night would not hurt me. For the next eight years I was plagued by so many different illnesses. Went to emergency room twice. The only medicine I was taking was Ativan. No medical professional put two into together. When I decided to get off Ativan it took me four months to titrate off of this dangerous poison. It has been a year and two months and I continue to suffer from the same maladies: Dizziness, head turner, extreme indigestion problems, tons of food sensitivities so that I can barely eat any food at all. I suffer from joint aches and pains, brain fog, memory loss, coordination, I am not able to drive a car, I had to give up my job because of this and extreme anxiety and depression, and ability to write because of shaky hand. The list goes on and on.

My husband committed suicide because of being on Ativan and Geodon.

Ativan ( Lorazepam) is the devil. It caused me depression, physical pain, jolting/ electrical type of feeling headaches. It made me cranky, very distant and aggressive which I have spoken with my doctor about. Luckily I have weened myself off of it and so far my only withdrawal is aches all throughout my body and a few slight headaches. Like I said, these types of medicines are a sin.

This comment is for informational purposes only... I myself called around looking for any open class lawsuits. Only one lawyer came out as a human being, cared about my situation where as all others were looking at making money, didn't care about me as a person. So the one that did care said his law firm filed against Paxil/Paroxtine in 1990 which included 3,000 clients. The judge denied a class action against GSK (who was the manufacture of Paxil at the time) but from my understanding, there was a settlement by GSK for all those clients to prevent a class action. He also said that there was no known class actions in the U.S. at this time. This drug is hell, I feel ya! I'm waiting for an another attorney to call me who works on consignment in my local area. If you were misinformed about the medication or NOT informed about the dangers of this medication by your doctor, you may be able to file a malpractice lawsuit against that doctor. If I knew the dangers of Paroxtine, I would have never started it. My 'anxiety' wasn't a MAJOR thing, I simply wanted to be more productive at work, not turned into a zombie with no memory of much of anything. I wish you the best of luck! Paroxtine is evil. Started 11/2016 and just now slowly coming off of it. Memory loss, Depression, confusion, nightmares, bone pain, reckless spending, and the list goes on. May have my own lawsuit here very soon against my doc, not the company. Wasn't warned at all about all these possible adverse side effects, emails to doc only said to see a psychiatrist which I finally did and he is taking me off the med because I'm 'normal' and shouldn't have been put on it in the first place! I have see a forensic psychologist when I received custody of my son and I was fine, no mental issues in 2014, now I've lost my mind on this @#$# med. I went from $1,100 credit card balance and in three months, I now have an unanswered $100,000 worth of debt from online game play! Nothing tangible like a new Camaro and Truck in my driveway, just online game play with ZERO memory of doing it. I would 'try' to fix what I did moving cc balances only to find them built back up. I got a loan out to cover the bills only to bring the cc balances back to where they were! I didn't ask for this, I went in for a simple yearly blood work, mentioned stress at work, now look where I'm at! Should have never said ANYTHING about the stress at work!

I was moving and just stopped taking Celexa thinking it wasn’t a huge deal but I have had SERIOUS THOUGHTS of suicide and ACTUALLY researched PAIN FREE ways of doing so! I have also been having SEVERE chest pain for 3 days.. I called 911 and was taken to the hospital via ambulance last night because I ( and they) thought I was having a heart attack. I have since resumed taking it but the side effects of not taking them for a few days is STILL very much there! I feel VERY alone and isolated and have been so so so ANGRY at STUPID little things!! And like I said before- thinking of Suicide quite often!!! I have headaches ,ear ache, blurred vision , and very dangerous anger!!! Not a SOUL told me what would happen if I stopped taking them or warned me of withdrawal symptoms or of permanent brain damage!!!???!!!??? I was under the impression and was told by my doctor that these were the MILDEST form of anxiety meds!!!! I’m angry and frustrated and I have signed your petition and would like to have more info if there is any?? Thank you for your time!

I really believe the celexa caused my memory loss. When I started on it I began to have short term loss, and it worsened even though Dr said not to be concerned just keep taking it a while. I felt zombie like so lowered dose, but didn't help, Short term memory has never returned, after stopped celexa.

I’m in my sixties already. Benzo make my life useless when they took me off. And while prescribe them
